I think I had called with 2 or 3 requests to expedite, but only 1 of them panned out. The one week I had like 3 HOT orders in one day, and all of them dragged out for several days. What I was impressed with is that your team called me back to check on them and ask if they could be of service to follow up. That is not typical in the shipping world, not my experience anyways. If you recall, we used you all to get parts delivered last winter. Well, this time, as soon as the customer said breakdown, and need it now, he followed up with “hey, can you use that outfit you used last time, they were quite speedy with the delivery”.
