The company standard for password security includes Multi-Factor Authentication and the use of an online password vault. All communications between the secure portal and the users are encrypted using the same industry-standard protocol used by online banking and popular e-commerce services such as Amazon.

Security audits are conducted by a 3rd party security firm on an annual basis. These audits include network & website penetration testing, on-site physical security penetration testing, and social engineering & email phishing tests.

While network, physical, and password security are all very important aspects, people will always be the weakest link in the security chain. Online cyber security training is provided for all employees during the first 30 days of employment and annually. Our cloud-based infrastructure ensures high availability & performance of all systems, along with the redundancy and recovery capabilities required in todays digital world.
